How do I delete messages from the Archives?

There are several ways to delete messages from the archives from your mailing list.

* To delete specific messages, make yourself a member of a mailing list, with "list admin" rights, and go to the usual "read messages" page. At the bottom of the page, you will find a "delete these messages" button that allows you to remove any messages you specify. See Read and Search Messages.

* You can specify that only a number of messages should be kept for your list. Perhaps you only want to keep 10 previous messages. You can do this by changing your list settings.

* You can specify that messages be kept for only a specific number of days. For instance, perhaps on the previous week's worth of messages should be kept. See Archive Days.
