One Way Mailing Lists

Yes, on the Edit Mailing List page, you'll see an option called "Admin Send" which defines the list so that only list administrators are allowed to send to it.

Then, to make replies go elsewhere (not to the list), change the reply-to field in the Edit List screen, to be administrator@acme.net. Then, the Reply-To: for mailing list mail will be this administrator address, rather than the mailing list.

Note: You can also change the From of the message, so that the author of the message is also rewritten. See Mailing Lists.
