How do I approve Moderated Messages in bulk?

The web interface has a screen that lists the subject lines of all the "pending" messages that need to be moderated. You can click on several messages at once, and hit the "approve" or "reject" button. You can also read individual messages on the web and approve or reject them one at a time. See Moderated Messages.
