Extreme

The Extreme level license has a very powerful mail-sending engine, capable of sending 300,000+ messages per hour. This requires roughly three times the bandwidth required by the Platinum Plus version, or 3Mbps. Thus, two T1's may be able to handle this load, but they would be very stressed. It would be better to have three T1's in place (4.5 Mbps), or a single T3 (10 Mbps) connection.
