How to start the Lyris List Manager server

To start the Lyris List Manager server, click on the Lyris List Manager icon that the install program created for you. If you are running Unix, you should run the program titled "lyris" in the directory where you installed Lyris List Manager.

You will see the words "Lyris List Manager Console" once Lyris List Manager is running.

In general, because mail could be coming in to Lyris List Manager at any time, it is wise to have Lyris List Manager running all the time.
