What about Lynx and Text Mode Web Users?

The entire web interface is available to all users in text mode. All the features are available, but the web interface will not use any graphics.

On the web interface first page, there is a button labeled "graphics off". If a user clicks on it, the user's entire session will be without graphics.

The web interface automatically detects if the incoming web browser is Lynx (the Unix text mode browser) and automatically goes into text mode in that case.
