Reports
ListManager offers extensive reporting on your mailings and membership. There are two categories of reports: Mailing Reports, and Membership Counts. Mailing Reports allow you to monitor your mailings' success, clickthroughs and more. Learn how large your list is, the status of your members, and more with Membership Counts.
Mailing Reports
There are two kinds of mailing reports: Delivery Reports, and Tracking Statistics.
All Mailing Reports tell you about:
-The status of your message
-How many have received your message
Delivery Reports also tell you about:
-How many have yet to receive your message
-How many failed, and whether their bounce was hard or soft
Tracking Statistics also tell you about:
-What number have opened your message
-What number have clicked trackable links
-What number have gone to web pages with click stream tags
Member Counts
Member Counts tell you about:
-The subscription activity on your list
-The total number of members on your list
-The number of members according to their membership status (e.g., unsubscribed)
-The numbers of members according to their membership type (e.g., digest)
-The number of members according to domain (e.g., aol.com, hotmail.com)
-The number of members in major domains
-The number of members who receive mail in a particular format (e.g., HTML, AOL).
