EmailAdvisor
EmailAdvisor™ is a hosted service (ASP) that lets you monitor deliverability in real time. It also allows you to preview how messages will appear in over 30 popular email clients, as well as see where they are being blocked as spam or filtered into bulk folders.
How it Works
When you sign up for EmailAdvisor you’ll configure ListManager with the login name and password for your account.
When you send a mailing, you'll specify which audits you'd like to run on the Mailings: New Mailing: Tracking tab, or when you save and test your mailing.
Then, select the report you'd like to view from the EmailAdvisor tab. When results are posted, you'll be able to view the reports
EmailAdvisor Reports
EmailAdvisor has five reports:
1. Inbox Snapshot shows you if the message looks the way you’d like it to in over 40 email clients.
2. Blacklist Monitor shows if the message is likely to be blocked due to blacklisted links or IP addresses associated with it.
3. Content Analyzer show whether the message will be blocked as spam, or has spam characteristics that may cause it to be blocked.
4. Delivery Monitor show you if the message is getting through to inboxes, or is being bulked or blocked by email providers.
5. ISP Status shows how quickly major email providers are accepting mail.
