Spell Check

The spell check utility is available as a part of the HTML Editor, and may be used to check spelling in the HTML message of Content or Mailings.

The spell checker does not check spelling in your message's header or text message. It cannot check spelling when the HTML Editor is disabled or unavailable.

Info

Displays information about the message checked, including the number of lines, number of misspelled words, and number of suggestions made.

Original Word

The word as displayed in the message.

Revert

If changed, reverts to the word as it was originally in the message.

Replace With

The word that should replace the original word.

Replace

Replaces this instance of the word.

Replace All

Replaces all instances of the word in the message.

Ignore

Ignore this instance of the word.

Ignore All

Ignore all instances of the word in the message.

Suggestions

Suggested corrected spellings. Select one to add it to the Replace With box. Or, double click to automatically replace the word.

Dictionary

The dictionary used. If desired, select a different dictionary and then click Re-check.

Re-check

Recheck the message with the selected dictionary.

OK

Accept the changes and close the spell checker.

Cancel

Reject the changes and close the spell checker.
