Required. The name and email address in the message’s To: header. ListManager fills in the default values as defined in the List Info settings. Caution: if another value is entered here, it will override the settings in List Info. The name (in quotation marks) is optional; the email address (in angle brackets) is required. Type "recipient" in either field to display the recipient's name (if available) and email address. This value does not actually select the message's recipients.
