Finding Documents
Ten documents for the list you are currently logged into are displayed at one time. You may change the sorting order of the content by clicking the up or down triangles next to Name, Applies To and Type. By clicking the top triangle, the sort order will be ascending (a-z); clicking the bottom arrow makes the sort order descending (z-a). Click on Next to see the next ten content units, Previous to see the last ten. Click on the drop down box to see the documents for other lists, and the site or server if you have administration privileges to do so.
Name
The name you assigned this document.
Applies To
Which list this document applies to. It may also apply to all lists on a site, or the entire server.
Type
The type of document it is. For informational purposes only.
Viewing or Editing An Existing Document
To view a document, click on the document name. You will be taken to the Utilities: List Document: New List Document screen, where you can view the or edit the document.
Copying a Document
Click on Copy next to the document you'd like to Copy. ListManager will show you the old name, and will ask you the new name and list you'd like the document to be for. The document created will have the content and all of the settings of the old document.
Deleting a Document
Click on Delete next to the document you'd like to delete. ListManager will ask you if you're sure before deleting the document.
Creating a New Document
Click on Create New Document to be taken to Utilities: List Document: New List Document.
Download as a File
Click on the disk icon to download your list of documents in csv format.
