Suppress Create/Clone Multiple Members Option

suppress_create_many_members=yes/no

There are certain situations where you may want to not allow list administrators to copy or clone multiple members in the web interface. This lyris.plc setting will remove the Create Many Members and Clone Member To Many buttons in the Members main menu.
