Utilities: List Settings: Email Submitted Content controls what messages look like when sent via email to the list. These settings are not in effect when sending through the ListManager administrator's web interface in most cases. -Specify what text wrapping should come at the beginning and end of every message sent via email to the list, and optionally through the web interface..
-Determine what security should be in place for email posting. Specify whether messages can be sent via email, and who can send to the list.
-Specify whether approval is required for email submitted messages.
-Specify what additions and revisions to the header should be made, such as the default From:, To: and Reply To: headers.
