Before importing your Pay-Per-Click campaign data to Web Analytics, it’s extremely important that your campaigns have unique destination URLs. This is usually accomplished by adding tracking parameters to the end of a normal URL. If you’re using Search Marketing, you can select an option for each text ad to have parameters added for you. If you don’t use Search Marketing, you’ll need to add tracking parameters yourself.
1. On the Lyris HQ Dashboard, select the appropriate dataset.
2. In the side navigation bar, click Configuration.
3. The Reporting Engine page appears in a new tab or window. In the left navigation bar under Configuration, click Ad Campaign Configuration.
4. Do one of the following:
If you use Search Marketing (BidHero): Click the BidHero tab and then follow the instructions to import your campaigns.
If you don't use Search Marketing: Click the AutoImport tab and then enter your account information.

For other Pay-Per-Click ads, it’s still critical that you use tracking parameters to generate a unique set of metrics for each of your paid ads (see above). Once tracking parameters are in place, you can set up your campaigns in one of two ways:
Custom Import: Allows you to upload a .tsv or .csv file containing your campaign definitions.
Custom Wizard: Guides you through the process of manually creating a Pay-Per-Click or total cost (CPM) campaign based on an entire URL or one specific parameter.
