Overview of Reports

Lyris HQ SMS Mobile Marketing has several methods of reporting SMS data: tracking the delivery of text messages, displaying the status of individual messages, showing a subscriber’s message activity, monitoring the amount of messages sent and received, as well as counting new subscribers.

Delivery Reports

The Delivery Report screen displays messages delivered, mobile carrier, and statistics of messages received and messages failed.

You can access the Delivery Report of a message by clicking on the View Delivery Report option in the Report column of the Messages screen or by selecting Delivery Report from the left navigation bar.

The Delivery Report screen displays messages delivered, mobile carrier, and statistics of messages received and messages failed.

Subscriber Message Activity Reports

Clicking on the Message Activity link under the Reports column of the Subscribers screen opens the Subscriber Message Activity screen.

The Subscriber Message Activity screen displays the Mobile Terminated (MT), which is a text message sent from a subscriber’s phone, and the Mobile Originated (MO), which is a text message sent from Lyris HQ SMS Mobile Marketing, total count. The Subscriber Message Activity screen also shows the status of the message.

CSV-Formatted Reports

CSV-formatted reports display all the information (phone number, carrier, etc.) as the Subscribers screen in comma-separated format (such as a spreadsheet).

You can export SMS-delivery reports in the comma separated value (CSV) file format and then view CSV files with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet-type applications.

1. Click on the Export CSV option on the right side of the screen.

A dialog box appears giving you the option to download the CSV report to your computer.

2. Click Download.

The system Save dialog box appears.

3. Select where you want to place the CSV file, and click Save.
